Families in Transition in Manchester, NH was the recipient of a multi-year grant award from The Granite State Health and Fitness Foundation to support the kitchen’s safe production and provision of fresh, nutritious meals to those seeking immediate hunger relief.

Meals are freshly prepared and packaged in portable containers for distribution to low-income households and those sleeping outside.
